If I could give 0 stars, I would. My 15yr old son got a hair cut here this evening and he come home with a horrible hair cut. When we drove back at 7:10 they were closed early and if you call you can’t even leave a message.

Sorry, perfectionist mom here with a perfectionist son. Dropped my son off for a haircut. I could tell he wasn’t very please but didn’t say anything. Got back to the vehicle and I looked it over. It was messed up. Uneven in some areas. They close their doors at 7:55. Made my son go back in there, knocked so they could open the doors and get it fix. I could tell from the glass doors someone else was fixing it. Last time we were here he got an amazing haircut. Customer service is great but we weren’t very happy with the results this time. I appreciate that they took care of it. Thank you
